Item listed is a Elgin 673 17J watch that has missing minute hand, wound tight and setting the time function doesn't work. Dial has some scratches/wear and bal wheel only moves if I force it. So I m not sure all what this will need to fix. Condition of movement is pretty good. Back of watch is marked 10k RGP Bezel Stainless Steel Back.
